Originated in Atlanta in 2008, SWAPNISTA, the brand of “premiere fashion swap” events is a chic, savvy way for women to network, swap fashion, shop and get pampered. . . all while supporting a local charity. Blogger & style consultant Keren Charles is the lady behind the fun. Her events have recently blossomed beyond Atlanta – and now also include a schedule with stops in Houston, Little Rock, & New Orleans. These alternatives to the plain ‘ol Girls Night Out have it all. A Style Wars competition & fashion show pits local fashion bloggers against each other. Houston area fashion blogger Timi (of her blog Natural Chronicles) took home the title, beating out some other talented ladies including yours truly. You can see her lovely peplum look and the fabulous clutch she won below.
